Traditionally a bakpao is a steamed bun with minced pork, but we are not afraid to fill it with all kinds of spicy mixtures, with chicken, beef and lots of vegetables. We also filled them with homemade Surinam. The hardest part for me still how to wrap the filling nicely and presentable.

- Diamkankan ±30-40 mnt/hingga mengembang 2x lipat.
- Panaskan kukusan. Kukus bakpao 10-15 mnt dg api sedang. Tutup kukusan d bungkus serbet bersih y..
- Note : Jangan kelamaan mengukus ny y, nanti kulit ny bisa keriput. Pastikan ragi msh baru/masih aktif.
