- Lelehkan mentega cair. Saat masih panas tambahkan susu. Aduk rata.

- Masukkan tepung terigu, gula dan garam. Aduk hingga membentuk adonan. Diamkan selama 60 menit.
- Setelah 60 menit uleni kembali sekitar 1-2 menit. Diamkan kembali selama 60 menit.
- Setelah 60 menit kedua, uleni di atas permukaan yang sudah diberi tepung hingga adonan kalis dan tidak lengket.
- Bagi adonan menjadi 12 bagian lalu bulatkan. Diamkan kembali adonan selama 30 menit *saya sarankan bagi adonan menjadi 8 bagian saja. Karena kalau 12 jadinya terlalu kecil 😆😆.
- Setelah 30 menit adonan mengembang, bentuk adonan memanjang.
- Gulung kedua ujung adonan ke atas dan ke bawah (misal: bagian kanan ke atas, bagian kiri ke bawah) sambil ditarik sedikit agar adonan tambah panjang.
- Bentuk adonan seperti pada gambar. Jangan sampai ada celah di lipatan adonan agar tidak terbuka saat digoreng. Diamkan sekitar 10 menit hingga adonan mengembang. Kemudian balik adonan agar bagian bawab adonan tidak kempes. Diamkan kembali (kalau tidak sabar tidak usah didiamkan lama2 😄😄) *maaf saya bentukinnya ga pinter jadi hasilnya ga sebagus aslinya hihi 😅😅.
- Goreng dalam minyak panas hingga matang. Setelah matang Kkwabaegi bisa ditaburi dengan gula+kayu manis bubuk atau dimakan dengan dicelup ke coklat leleh. *kalau aslinya digoreng dengan minyak banyak (deep frying, seperti goreng donat), tapi berhubung ternyata minyak saya hampir habis jadi saya cuma pake minyak sedikit.
